🛠 SprintRetro Release Notes – 16/11/2025

We’ve rolled out SprintRetro versions 4.6.0 and 3.15.0, addressing key usability issues and improving overall performance. These updates include a fix for missing sprints, a new board selector UI, and pagination support for large instances. Version 3.15.0 was deployed immediately after 4.6.0 to patch backend edge cases without requiring user action or manual updates.

✅ Sprint Visibility Fix

We’ve resolved a bug that was preventing some users from viewing sprints during session setup.
Sprint lists should now populate correctly across all supported boards.

Before:
Users saw an empty sprint dropdown or partial list.
Now:
Sprint lists display all available sprints for the selected board.

✨ Enhanced Dashboard & Session Creation

We’ve redesigned the Create Session interface with a clear and improved Board Selector.

  • Search and filter boards more easily

  • Select the correct context before launching your session

  • Reduces confusion when managing multiple projects

🔄 Board Pagination Support

In environments with more than 50 boards, users were previously unable to see all boards due to query limits.
We’ve now added pagination to the app homepage, allowing you to scroll through all boards in your Jira instance.

⚠ Best Practice: Launch from Your Board

While the main SprintRetro app page now supports board browsing, for the best experience, we recommend:

Launching SprintRetro from your Jira board’s "More" menu

This:

  • Opens SprintRetro with the correct board pre-selected

  • Ensures faster load times

  • Reduces confusion in multi-board environments
