  • Fully customizable to show Jira fields like Story Points, Assignee, Labels, etc.

  • Click the βš™οΈ icon to configure visible fields per user preference.

8. βœ… Estimation Summary & Vote Breakdown

Once the moderator finishes the voting period, all estimates are revealed and SprintPoker presents a clear estimation summary view for the current issue.

This summary helps the team quickly understand voting patterns and reach consensus, showing:

  • Most voted value (highlighted for clarity)

  • Average (mean) estimate

  • Median estimate

  • Mode (most common value)

  • Highest and lowest estimates

  • Total voters and sum of estimates

  • A vote distribution chart visualizing how estimates were spread across values

The moderator can use this view to:

  • Facilitate discussion when estimates vary widely

  • Decide whether to accept the estimate or re-run voting

  • Confidently save the agreed value back to Jira before moving to the next issue

This breakdown turns raw votes into actionable insight, making estimation decisions faster, clearer, and more data-driven.

9. User Sidebar (Participants & Status Panel)

Located on the far right of the session, this sidebar provides real-time visibility into everyone participating in the estimation.

In its collapsed view, it shows:

  • All users in the session

  • Online / offline status indicators

  • Each user’s role (Moderator, Participant, or Observer)

  • Estimation status:

    • βœ”οΈ Tick icon if the user has submitted an estimate (but votes are not yet revealed)

    • Revealed estimation value once voting is complete

    • Clear visibility into who is still outstanding

This helps the moderator quickly identify who has or hasn’t voted and keeps the session moving smoothly.

The sidebar is expandable, unlocking additional controls and details:

  • Promote or demote users between Observer, Participant, and Moderator

  • Add new participants to the session

  • Remove users from the session if needed

  • View role assignments and user details in one place

This panel gives moderators full control over session participation while keeping all users informed of estimation progress in real time.
