We’re thrilled to roll out new enhancements to Agility Poker Planning, bringing more control, visibility, and speed to your backlog and estimation sessions.

Key Highlights:

Backlog View Enhancements with Subtask Toggle

  • Right-Side Detail View Improvements: Now, the right detail view displays more critical information, including:

    • Parent Ticket with Epic Badge: Easily view the epic badge of a ticket’s parent issue ID, helping you contextualize each task.

    • Linked Issues: Directly see related issues, such as those blocked or blocking, giving you essential context during estimation sessions.

    • Visible Subtasks: All associated subtasks are now displayed alongside the ticket for a comprehensive view, with a quick-access option to create subtasks via the Edit Issue screen.

    • Improved Label Organization: Labels are now cleaner, with better separation to simplify your view.

Performance Optimizations

  • 3x Speed Boost: Experience a significant performance improvement with loading times reduced to just 2 seconds for sessions with over 300 issues. This is made possible through the smart implementation of Jira’s latest API, delivering a smoother, faster planning experience.

Improved Usability with Scrolling

  • Scrollable Issues Box: Navigate through your issue list without moving the entire page, retaining visibility of the right-side detail view for efficient access to ticket details.

Subtask Toggle Option

  • Control Subtask Visibility: Now, you can toggle subtasks on or off in the backlog view, ideal for teams that estimate at various levels. Tailor your backlog to match your team’s estimation approach by including or excluding subtasks as needed.

Space-Saving Update

  • Condensed Reference View: If no references are saved for participants, they are now omitted to declutter the interface, keeping your workspace focused and clean.
